Show Wins

Please come back to see lots of photos of our Silks!

Temperance's boys, Jamie and Disney, win Best Brace at the 2013 HSDAA National Specialty in Virginia Beach.  Temperance did not show in 2013 except for the Brood Bitch Class at National. The boys' win in Brace against stiff competition left me wondering if I should have had the two of them behind their dam in the Brood Bitch class.  After a great show carrier, Temperance has passed the torch on to her kids. Jamie is a flashy little boy who lives in Chicago with Jim and Carol. Maya is here with us. Disney, now Tripp, has gone to a nice companion home in Philadelphia.
Maya wins an AOM at the Friday Regional Specialty in Virgina Beach, and just misses getting another at the National on Sunday. She was edged out by older half sibling, Genny.  In July Maya earned her adult Championship title at the Blue Ridge Classic earning Winners Bitch both days. She also got a RBIS in one of the all breed ICKC shows. Maya is now Multi Ch. Revolution Look To The Heavens!

Maya wins a BIS and a RBIS at the HSDAA Specialty held in conjunction with an all breed ICKC show in Georgia. She was the only dog to beat a professionally handled whippet that would have swept the weekend is she had not done so. We took our second Best Bred By In Show at the 2013 Peanut Classic.
Little Daniel beats his mother and his grandfather in his first show ever going BOS to Maya's BOB in Georgia. Next up was National where he won third in the Puppy Sweepstakes.
Disney showed in the Baby Puppy group in Richmond and came out Best Baby Puppy in show three of the six shows. He is a very nice boy but I decided to keep his brother, Jamie, instead because he is a little shorter in the loin. Disney, now Tripp, has beautiful Irish pied markings.
After earning the #9 spot in the ICKC's Top Dog Of The Year points competition in 2011, Temperance returned the following year with her daughter Maya in tow. Both won multiple BIS and RBIS in only three weekends. We also took the Best Bred By In Show at the Smokey Mountain Classic.
At our 2012 National Specialty Maya showed in the puppy class and won second place in the Puppy Sweepstakes and two AOMs. She and her half sister, Genny, and half brother, Enzo, supported Curtis in his bid for Best Stud Dog and he won. Not bad for our first bred by.
Our little dynamo, Persia, won the Brood Bitch class at the 2012 HSDAA National Specialty over very stiff competition with Romeo and Kemet behind her. Kemet went on the a pet home in Tennessee that December. We miss out sweet girl.
